Class rules
That my dog is in good health and at least 1 year of age and 2 years of age for giant breed, and capable of using slat mills My dog has not eaten within 1 hour before or after slat mill use I understand that improper use can result in injury, and agree to follow staff instructions I agree to provide accurate and emergency contact and veterinarian information and give prior authorization to staff to use this information in the case of an incident I further agree that Pluto’s Pet Gym & Training, it’s staff and affiliates are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur to my dog, myself, or others during slat mill use
